Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Trip Costs and Inclusions

  • The trip cost covers services explicitly mentioned in the "Services Included" list.
  • Excluded expenses include personal items, unexpected events (landslides, bad weather), rescue or evacuation, and tips.

3. Itinerary and Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify the route or itinerary for your safety in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the trip.
  • 30% refund for cancellations made at least 4 days before the trip.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days before the trip.

5. Trip Interruptions and Extensions

  • No refunds will be issued if a client leaves the trip early.
  • Clients will be charged for any trip extensions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Risk and Responsibility

  • We are not liable for natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for their valuables.
  • A zero-tolerance policy for drugs, weapons, or inappropriate behavior is in place.

7. Travel Documents and Conduct

  • Clients must bring their original CNIC on the trip. Any changes to the plan by the client may incur cancellation fees for hotel bookings.

8. Local Conditions

  • Be prepared for different travel conditions in northern or southern Pakistan. Address concerns promptly with patience.
